  • DAY 1 - CARDIO ARMS (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)

    This quickie is the perfect start to our Summer challenge. I loveeee cardio arms, I feel like it's such a fun and effective way to workout. We are starting with this sweaty and energising class :) Let's go!

  • DAY 2 - HIPS + SIDE BOOTY (MAT TONING)

    I LOOOOOVE side lying glutes... and hate them all at once?! They burn but they WORK!! Get ready to shape those hips and side booty!!

  • DAY 3 - LOWER BELLY + WAISTLINE TONING

    This may be my favourite mat abs quickie ever!! I love an obliques workout. Get ready to feel the burn.

  • DAY 4 - FULL BODY LOW IMPACT CARDIO

    This class is SO fun and energising!! Beach workouts are always the most motivating right? We're getting a great arm, standing abs, butt and thigh workout today! Let's go!

  • DAY 5 - INNER THIGHS TONING (MAT PILATES)

    Who doesn't love a quick inner thigh burn? This is so effective you will FEEL those muscles switching on. This is a perfect class to add in a few times per week if you're looking for extra inner thigh loving.
