Day two is basically a push-up bra for your butt. We are working the area where your hamstring meets your butt, the "under-butt" or the "smily line." This workout is going to target the lower booty and the upper hamstrings (your under-butt isn't technically a muscle but an area where the muscles meet) so by working these muscles together we can get a great result in terms of lifting the butt. This class is intense targeted toning, get ready to feel the burn baby!
