Todays workout is the HIIT Pilates circuit style you love, with lots of intense cardio and toning intervals. This workout is designed to burn fat, build muscle and boost our metabolism. It's going to be sweaty and energising. Make sure to wear running shoes for this one and take breaks if you need to, it is intense. You can always take the jumps out for a lower impact option. Get ready to sweat!!
