This lower body stretch class is going to leave you feeling lengthened, refreshed and re-energised. It is so important to have at least one active rest/ rest day per week. Since this program is so intense and such targeted toning, these lower body stretches will give your hard working muscles the love they need. This class is all about the mental reset as well. Challenge is HARD, but it's what create change. It makes us stronger mentally and physically each time we push ourselves and prove to ourselves we CAN do this!
