This mini-program contains 4 express workouts that together provide a perfect, balanced summer toning session. For BEGINNERS, or when you are short on time, try to complete one of these workouts each day as a 4-day challenge. For an ADVANCED workout - either complete these workouts back-to-back in one session, or alternatively add ONE of these quickies at the end of your daily BBFIT class for 4 days or until you have completed the program.
