    This HIIT class is circuit style. It alternates booty, ab and arm cardio moves using different equipment. It's intense, sweaty cardio but flies by!

    Introducing the GLIDERS!!! YESSSS we love them. These are working the body the same way as a Pilates reformer. It lengths the muscles in the legs and works the glutes from all angles.
