  • 40 MIN FULL BODY MAT PILATES

    This sculpt class is a total body tighten + tone workout. It's no equipment, just body weight mat exercises to sculpt your whole body and create long lean lines! You are going to feel sculpted and stretched after this workout!

  • 30 MIN LEGS + BUTT TONING WITH GLIDERS

    In this video we use gliding disks to lengthen the legs and thighs, as well as mix in lots of standings abs and mat booty work. It's an intense full body workout that will leave you feeling incredible!

  • 40 MIN FULL BODY TONING WITH HANDLE BAND

  • 35 MIN ABS + ARMS TONING

    This workout uses light weights to tone the arms, sculpt the abs and create perfect posture. This is a great SCULPT class for shoulders, triceps and a flat tummy, mixing ballet and pilates for sleek muscles.

    This sculpt workout is one of my all time favourites for toning the thighs and a flat-tummy. Lots of standing abs and lengthening exercises at a slower pace to really make the mind muscle connection and tone up faster.

    This workout is designed to sculpt the abs, tone the thighs and lift the butt. The standing abs exercises target your obliques and low abs, with added leg and booty work mixed in. Finishing the workout with some mat abs and booty bridging.
