For this workout we use just the pilates ring to sculpt long lean muscles. We start with standing abs and then finish off with some mat inner thigh and abs toning using the ring.

This workout is all about creating sleep and sculpted arms. The first half of the class is cardio based arms, followed by booty band thigh and butt toning, with cardio intervals mixed in. We finish the class with an abs and arms challenge on the mat with the booty band and weights.
