In this workout we're using the Pilates ring and light hand-weights for an intense fat-burning and toning workout. We're using the ring for standing toning as well as on the mat. If you don't have a ring, you can use hand-weights instead and hold them like I'm holding the handles of the ring.
This sculpt workout is one of my all time favourites for toning the thighs and a flat-tummy. Lots of standing abs and lengthening exercises at a slower pace to really make the mind muscle connection and tone up faster.
