  • OCT 6 - 30 MIN LOW IMPACT BOOTY BURN

    Let's get peachy!! Today we have a low impact cardio sculpt that works the glutes from all angles. We are going to tone sweat and boost our metabolism. This is from the summer burn program if you're looking for more classes this style!

  • OCT 7 - 30 MIN MAT ABS TONING

    This is a mat abs class from the sculpt and lengthen program! We are targeting the waist, low abs and deep core. It's all about creating the mind to muscle connection. If you love this style of class, try the program for more sculpting and lengthening classes.

  • OCT 8 - 30 MIN HIIT BOXING (NO EQUIPMENT)
