This is a juicy toning class using the booty band in exciting new ways! Whilst there will be a little bit of booty work, the main focus of this class is on the abs and upper body! We will be using the booty band to add extra resistance to our arm, shoulder back and core exercises. Upper body exercises are some of the most requested niche body parts that I get from you guys, which is why I created this workout to helps tone the arms (biceps and ticeps), shoulders, back muscles, chest/boob area and your core (upper/lower abs and obliques).
