ADVANCED!!! This low impact cardio class uses dynamic pilates movements to give you an amazing cardio workout while also strengthening and toning the booty, legs, thighs and calves. This class is LOW IMPACT - meaning the exercises will not cause harsh impact on knees, joints. For advanced BBFIT babes I recommend using ankle weights like I do in the class, however you will still get an excellent workout without them.
I recommend a light or extra light band. Slow down exercises while you are learning them to ensure you have proper form. I would also recommend doing some of the slow toning handle band classes before trying this class as you need a lot of band and body awareness. Remember it is meant to be challenging, each time you to it you will get stronger!!
