We're starting off Day 1 of the DEFINE program with the ultimate butt workout. This workouts will activate the glutes and work the muscles from all angles to leave you feeling strong and peachy! We have two strength rounds to help build the glute muscles, and two burn out rounds to target all the smaller muscles that really shape and tone the butt and hips.
Equipment: 1-2 lb ankle weights + light to medium resistance booty band.
