These workouts are suitable for beginner BBFIT babes! Take beginner modifications when needed. All workouts can be done without equipment and then add it as you get stronger.

  • 40 MIN ABS + INNER THIGHS TONING WITH PILATES RING

    For this workout we use just the pilates ring to sculpt long lean muscles. We start with standing abs and then finish off with some mat inner thigh and abs toning using the ring.

    This workout is one of my all time faves to lengthen the muscles in the legs and thighs, help to slim and tone them. It's also got a LOT of mat booty work to lift and tone the glutes from all angles. Get ready to feel the burn!

    This workout is all about the slow burn! Targeting the abs and booty from all angles using weights and the ankle weights to create long, lean, sculpted muscles. Ankle weights are a great way to challenge our balance and increase resistance.

    This workout is a no-jumping cardio workout that focuses on abs and arms. It's got elements of boxing and pilates mat work. Don't be fooled, this workout will still get you in the fat burning zone and sweating!

    This workout is going to work the glutes from all angles as well as tone the thighs. Mix of standing and mat work. Booty Band optional.

  • 35 MIN BUTT TONING WITH BOOTY BAND

    This workout is low impact toning using just the booty band to tone the thighs, lift the booty and sculpt the abs. The burn is so so real, get ready babes - this one takes the workouts to the next level!

    No Equipment, leg and booty quickie workout! This is the PERFECT workout for those days you're short on time, or add it on to the end of one of your other workouts!
