  • AUG 1 - 10 MIN INTENTION SETTING MEDITATION

  • AUG 2 - 35 MIN MAT PILATES CIRCUIT (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)

    This week we have a mat pilates circuit class. In this full body toning class we target all major muscle groups to give you a perfect, all over tone and sculpt 🌴🌴

  • AUG 3 - 30 MIN HIIT BOXING (NO EQUIPMENT)

    Get ready for a fire HIIT boxing circuit class. Have your water and sweat towel near by because you are going to need them for this one!! No equipment is needed, but you can up-level with some light weights/wrist bands if you want an extra challenge xx

  • AUG 4 *NEW* FULL BODY YOGALATES

    Today we have a sculpt and lengthen class that works the full body. It's all about really making the mind muscle connection and connecting to our bodies. Be here on your mat now and leave blissed out and energised.

  • AUG 5 - 30 MIN FAT BURNING CARDIO CLASS (LOW IMPACT - BOOTY BAND OPTIONAL)

    This workout is a butt and thighs focused low impact cardio class. The weights and booty band are totally optional, but will really take the results to the next level. We kick of this class with cardio arms and booty, then take it to the mat for a lower body burn. Get ready to sweat and tone! Xx
