Welcome to DAY 1 of the 7 Day Butt Lift! We're going to work that cute lil' peach of yours with our Total Booty class today. This workout is all about learning the foundation moves we need to get the best results from this program... don't let the word "foundation" fool you though. It's still going to burn in all the right places and be super spicy! We're working the glutes from all angles, mixing in some glute activation with the booty band, to lift, shape and tone. We'll also be learning how to make the mind muscle activation so we can connect to our bodies and tone those butts even faster. Let's get started honey!!
