HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM:
Start by downloading the program e-book from the app - it has all the details you need to get the most out of the program. Use your WARM UP to activate your glutes before the class. Complete the class. Finish with your Cool Down Stretches. ONLY do the 7 Day Butt Lift workouts for the duration of this program (please skip the regular calendar classes for this week). These workouts are intense and it is important not to over-train your muscles.
EQUIPMENT: for this program I am using a medium booty band and 2x 2lb. ankle weights.
Equipment is totally optional and if you're a beginner please do the program without equipment until you get your form perfect and build strength :)

*** Beginners are recommended to complete this program over two weeks, alternating rest days between workouts. Always listen to your body and take extra rest when needed.
