This video will tell you everything you need to know before getting started with the 5 day FAT BURN program.
This program is an INTENSE sweaty HIIT Pilates program to kick-start fat loss and get results FAST.
HOW TO USE: This program is all about working smarter, not harder. These 15-20 minute workouts are going to be more effective than working out for an hour. You can do them on their own for five days in a week, or for super advance add them before your BBFIT workout calendar classes to burn more during the class.
WHAT EQUIPMENT: All the workouts can be done without equipment. If you're an intermediate do it without equipment first. For advanced, you can add light hand weights 2-3 lbs, a medium or heavy booty band, and ankle weights 2-3 lbs to increase your results.
HOW OFTEN: Only do this program once per month, twice MAX. We need to work with our bodies and hormones as women. To get the full benefits of this program you will want to do this the week after your period, when your body needs that intense sweaty HIIT. Then rest for a week and you can do it the following. MAX twice per month, you want to keep seeing results with it and want to avoid excessive cortisol or plateauing.
PLEASE NOTE: This program is ADVANCED. If you're a beginner, please start with the beginner classes and low impact cardio classes and work your way up.
